Scott Lawler

Well hello! It's nice to meet you all. For all my friends that know me, there is not much you don't know about me, but for those that don't know me yet, let me begin with the most obviously important. My name is William Scott Lawler and I am an attorney at law. Currently, I work for a firm called Booth Udall Fuller in Tempe Arizona. I have been an attorney for public and private corporations for as long as I can remember. I love my job as it takes me all over the country and I meet interesting and ambitious individuals and groups. I have held the position of attorney for many corporations, firms and from time to time I have practiced on my own. This really depended on my personal situation which has varied through the years as I have been required to move often for my career. I have worked as far as Canada in Edmonton Alberta for oil exploration companies and other junior mining ventures throughout Canada. I also have worked with clients as far off as East Asia and South America. I am devoted to my customers and respecting the rule of law in all the business dealings I undertake. My specialties include mining, startups, startup funding, SEC filings for microcap companies, more commonly known as penny stocks.
